New Agent Portal
Step One: Join your local Board
Here in Marion County, our local Real Estate Board is called the OCALA Marion County Association of Realtors (OMCAR) or Realtors Association of Lake & Sumter Counties (RALSC) for Summerfield area. Above that is the FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (FAR) and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR), for which both memberships are included in your local board application. You will fill out the membership application by clicking the button below, along with the STELLAR MLS APPLICATION ATTACHED TO IT and follow the directions to complete. You will then pay the dues to activate your account. You will be given a NRDS number so that you may login to the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS).
Step Two: Complete MLS CLASSES
In order to add your listings to the MLS (Mulitple Listing Service) You will need to complete 4 REQUIRED CLASSES. This will teach you the basics of using the MLS program. Please take notes. You will use these features often. Once complete, email certificates to rickilee.mainer@kw.com
Step Three: One on One Tech Review
At this point our Market Center Tech Trainer will reach out to you to get you initiated and logged into all your programs such as Command, your KW email, the MLS, etc. They will also take a headshot at this meeting, should you need one. Please call the office at 352-369-4044 to set up this appointment.
Step Four: Schedule 1-on-1 with Productivity Coach Carlos Tobon
The next step is to meet with our productivity coach, Carlos Tobon. Click the link below to set up a 30 minute appointment with Coach Carlos. In this appointment, you will be personally meeting with Carlos to discuss your goals, your business, and ask real estate related questions.
Step Five: Connect on SOCIAL
Here at Keller Williams Cornerstone, we put ourselves out there. Social Media is an excellent way to engage with other Agents and with Consumers. Below you will find links to our profiles on some of the various platforms. Please take the time to add or join us!
Step Six: Complete Marketing Profiles
As an agent, you'll have multiple platforms to showcase your bio, headshots, branded hashtags, and more. To streamline this process, we recommend creating and storing all of this information in a Word document. This allows you to create it once and easily update it as needed.
Once your marketing content is ready, start filling in your marketing profiles. Begin with the Marketing Profile under your Command settings; you can find this in the dropdown menu at the top right of your Command dashboard.
From there, go through and complete additional profiles of your choice. Social media profiles are highly recommended, along with real estate platforms like Realtor.com and Zillow.com.
Below is the link to the Office Logo Set. Feel free to send it to the printer of your choice for business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials.
